The rear wheel is produced with a CNC-machined aluminum hub, combined with a quality rim and spokes selected to withstand continuous heavy loads. The wheel is laced and checked with high precision to ensure correct spoke tension, smooth rotation, and a long service life.
The rear wheel is delivered fully assembled and ready for installation. The hub is delivered complete with bearings, seals, and spacers, which provides a simple and hassle-free installation. There is a choice between different rim types and colors, so the rear wheel can be adapted to both technical needs and desired appearance.
As standard, stainless steel spokes with steel nipples are used, a solution that provides high wear resistance and stable spoke tension over time. For riders who want a more visual look, there is also the option of colored aluminum nipples.
The Excel Takasago rim is a versatile option that combines good flexibility and low weight, and is well suited for both training and competition. For more aggressive riding and high-level racing, the Excel A60 can be chosen – a stronger rim produced in 7000-series aluminum, developed for increased resistance to deformation and higher structural strength.
