Moto-Master SM Racing 320 mm brake system (313034 kit) is a complete high-performance upgrade developed for riders who want maximum braking power and precision in supermoto. This is a pre-assembled racing kit that provides a significant improvement compared to original brake solutions – both in terms of performance, feel, and control.
The kit is supplied as a complete plug-and-play solution, and contains all the necessary components to upgrade the brake system. This includes a 320 mm floating Flame brake disc, 4-piston brake caliper, adapter, steel-braided brake hose, radial master cylinder, and racing brake pads.
The large 320 mm oversize brake disc provides increased braking torque and better heat management, which results in more powerful and more stable braking. The floating design ensures an even contact surface and consistent brake feel, even under heavy load and high temperatures.
With a 4-piston caliper and radial master cylinder, a significantly higher hydraulic pressure and better response in the brake system is achieved. This provides a clearer pressure point, better modulation, and more precise control – especially important for aggressive riding on asphalt and the track.
The included steel-braided brake hose helps eliminate expansion in the system, which provides a firmer and more direct brake feel. Together with racing brake pads, this ensures immediate response and high friction from the first braking.
Moto-Master 313034 is developed for supermoto setups and is compatible with several models from among others GasGas, KTM, and Husqvarna, specially adapted for bikes with lights and use with 16–17” wheels.
